I no longer do my long programs. These former long programs, of many months are too costly for the majority of people and the length of time has become impractical for most.  The times have significantly changed and have made these long teachings next to impossible for most.

These 10 day Field Teaching Sessions are perfect and will allow more people to access  my field teachings. My field teachings are legendary because we spend 99% of our time with the Plant Medicines in the field. There is really no substitute when learning herbal medicine .. you really need to be in the field. Field time is the foundation for everything that follows on your learning journey with plant medicines. 

This session will take place from July 14th to July 23rd, Summer 2025. This is a very prime time for plants in New Mexico. I estimate that in a good year we can see between 60 to 100 medicine plants in the area around Silver City, New Mexico.  

We will cover many aspects of plant medicines, including wildcrafting, medicine making, and stewardship of wild plant medicines. You will have an immense opportunity to leave with an incredible personal apothecary of medicines you have gathered. 

You will be able to travel a little lighter than usual, as I will supply all the collecting tools, like clippers, shovels, etc.

However, you will have to provide your own transportation and lodging. Some of you might want to camp and that is most certainly possible in the forest, but most folks try and secure an Air B & B thing or other temporary short term lodging.

So essentially, you are moving to Silver City, New Mexico for about ~ 2 weeks, the 10 days of teaching and perhaps a day on each side of the teaching session and spending 10 amazing days in the field with me, where I will show you many great and useful plant medicines, teach you how to gather them, teach you how to make medicine with them and how to use them properly ... and an incredible opportunity see some amazing plant medicines, like Osha, Yerba Mansa, Chaparral, Red Root, Spikenard  and about 50 others!!!!

You should plan on arriving a few days before class begins on the 14th.

I will also be creating a private group for all students around the end of February or early March .. so that I can answer questions and get you orientated before class begins in July. PLEASE include a valid email so that I can add you to the group.
